Walter “Wally” Williams, 80, of Limerick, husband of Linda (Lacy) Williams, passed away Sunday September 8, 2024 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Markland, Canada, he was the son of the late Walter J. Jr. and Menice (Higdon) Williams.
Wally was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved spending time with his family and his grand dogs. Wally was a very sociable guy who enjoyed interacting with people. He was a strong supporter of veterans and also enjoyed watching cowboy movies and shows.
Surviving along with his wife is his children Susan Williams, Steven Williams, and Melissa Naples wife of Mark; grandchildren Zach, Ashley, Jenna, Caitlyn, and Mark; and his brother Donald J. Williams husband of Susan.
Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Dolores Yerger.
A memorial service will be held Monday September 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Ltd., 595 W. Main St., Trappe, PA 19426. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held Monday from 10:00-10:45 AM at the funeral home.
