Dear Steph and Drew…I am truly saddened to learn of this. Jim is a remarkable individual whose integrity and commitment to excellence left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with him. Personally, his example inspired me to pursue my own career with the same values of honesty, hard work, and dedication. I will forever be grateful for the lessons he imparted and the generosity he showed during our time together at Keystone Villa.

Please accept my sincerest condolences. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Sending hugs!
