Albert S. Piazza, 102, husband of the late Mary Elizabeth (Alderfer) Piazza, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at Stratford Court at Boca Pointe, in Boca Raton, FL.
Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late Onofrio and Anna (Interante) Piazza.
Albert proudly served in the United States Army during World War II. After his service time, he owned his own Barbershop (Al Piazza’s Barbershop) for 40 years in Pottstown. He played in the Pottstown Symphony Orchestra for many years. He also enjoyed golfing and took up painting later in his life. Albert and his wife, Mary, enjoyed being snow birds and spending their winters in Florida.
Surviving is his son Albert C. Piazza, husband of Bernice; son John Piazza, husband of Nina; daughter Maryann Tate, wife of William; grandchildren Robert Piazza, Marcee Puccio, Daniel Tate, William J. Tate, Joseph Tate, Emilie Kulesza, and Andrew Piazza; and 12 great grandchildren.
Services will be held privately by the family at this time.
