Arlene “Blondie” Bortz, 78, of Boyertown, wife of Willard “Butch” Bortz, passed away Monday January 20, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest.
Born in Berks County, she was the daughter of the late William and Elda (Conrad) Fisher.
Arlene enjoyed trips to the casino, time in nature, and car rides in the country looking for deer. She also enjoyed walks at Earl Township Park.
Surviving along with her husband is her step-son Kerry Bortz husband of Wanda; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525. Burial will follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Lobachsville. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 9:30-10:45 AM at the funeral home.
