Caleb Michael Duffy, beloved husband of Todd Steven Duffy, sadly passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Reading, Pennsylvania on February 18th, 2025. He was 33 years old.
Caleb was born in Philadelphia to Joseph and Maria (Farese) Duffy.
Caleb is survived by his loving husband Todd Duffy (Frey), his siblings Joseph Duffy (Erin), Brandon Duffy (Brittany), Kyle Duffy (Mare), Courtney Duffy, Colton Duffy, and Tiffany Delzingaro(Kane); brother-in-law Brandon Frey (Katie Frasch); parents-in-law Robert and Sharon Frey; grandparents Butch and Ruth Kramer; nieces and nephews Caden, Hudson, Kingston, Cashton, Evi, Elena, Sienna, Branson, Myla, Silas, and Kennedy; his beloved cats Ash and Kiwi; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. He is predeceased by his brother Chad Duffy.
Caleb shared a deep and unwavering love for his husband, Todd. They had a beautiful bond built on love, a shared joy for life and their infectious humor. Together, they created a beautiful home full of laughter and memories. Their love and the life they built together will continue to inspire all who knew them.
Caleb had a constant love for his family. He cherished his siblings deeply and loved his nieces and nephews. He took great joy in watching them grow and creating lasting memories with them. His family truly meant the world to him. His warmth, care, and dedication to them was evident to all who heard him speak about his family.
Caleb enjoyed hosting Christmas, and countless other occasions at their home for family and friends. Whether through his warm words of encouragement, his selfless acts of service, or the simple joy he found in family gatherings, he made sure those he loved felt valued and cared for.
Caleb graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of the Arts. He had a passion for musical theatre which fueled his joy for performance and storytelling. He could often be heard singing his favorite show tunes or Disney music.
Caleb was a vibrant, passionate soul and his love for life was evident to all who knew him. Caleb had a gift for making everyone around him laugh with his quick wit, sharp sense of humor and the ability to brighten even the darkest of days.
Caleb had a love of travel. Together, he and his husband Todd along with their many friends traveled often to many different places. Caleb was always up for an adventure, big or small. He was always a rival to anyone who dared to go against him in almost sort of trivia, especially Disney. He made countless memories with his family and friends that will always be cherished.
A viewing is scheduled for Sunday, February 23rd from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Catagnus Funeral Home (329 N. Lewis Rd., Royersford, PA 19468).
A celebration of life will follow at 12:00pm. Attire featuring some of Caleb’s favorite things such as the Philadelphia Eagles, Disney, and Crocs is encouraged.
