Gerald “Jerry” Avery Sr. 78

Gerald “Jerry” Avery, 78, passed away Sunday March 16, 2025. Most recently of Limerick, Pa. Jerry was raised in Conshohocken in Connaughtown.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, he was the son of the late Frederick C. and Cecelia (Bonusiewicz) Avery.

Survived by wife of Photini “Tina” (Katsias) Avery, along with his wife are his daughter Alisa (Eddie), sons Gerald “Jay” Avery, Jr. (Steve) and Douglas Avery (Ami); 5 grandchildren: Richie (Cassie) and Daniel (Hannah) Stingle, Darian, Jessica and Brayden Avery; 3 great grandchildren: Arya, Liam and Collin Stingle; and brother Frederick C. Avery, Jr. husband of Janet Woods Avery.

He served in the US Navy onboard the USS Enterprise and served in the US Army Reserves until his retirement. Jerry worked at Penco Products in Oaks, PA as a die-setter.

Services will be private.
