David Allen "Louie" Pascal David Allen "Louie" Pascal, 70, husband of Luann M. Bender, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025, at his home with family and friends by his side.

He was a son of the late Dominic and Anna (Krimm) Pascal.

Anyone that knew Dave will think of his wise, unfiltered, and truthful demeanor. He was always unapologetically himself. He lived his life his way, on his own terms.

Dave worked at Dana Corporation for almost 32 years, retiring in 2007. He spent the last 18 years traveling to gymnastics competitions, baseball games, football games, and anything else his grandkids were involved with. He loved all three of his grandchildren very much and would brag about them to anyone that would listen. He was a very proud Poppop.

Dave had many interests, from playing softball up until he was 45 to starting the Pottstown German Club Quoit League. Dave was a life-member at the Pottstown German Club, a trustee, and worked as a bartender for many years. His rich family history at the German Club kept his involvement high while taking pride in everything he did there.

Dave loved all Philadelphia sports teams, but none more than the Eagles. Dave was a season ticket holder of the Eagles since 1987. He saw them win the Super Bowl again this year. He loved going to games, tailgating at Roosevelt Park, and making steak sandwichs on the grill for all his friends and family, while enjoying a beer before kickoff. Dave always loved amusement parks and family vacations with his children and grandchildren, particularly trips to South Carolina; many memories were made there that he cherished. Dave loved music and movies. He would talk about times in his life based on when a certain album came out or which of his many friends he listened to it with. Catch him in an extra special mood, and he would sing or dance to some of those songs. Movies were no different, after seeing something that he enjoyed, he couldn't wait to share it with someone he knew, no matter the type of movie it was.

Dave is survived by his wife Luann, and children: David B. Pascal, Gretchen N. Cooper, and Dustin L. Walters (wife Claire). His siblings: William Pascal, Ronald Pascal and Deborah Pascal; grandchildren: Blake Pascal, Johnny Cooper, and Andrew Walters, along with many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Dave is predeceased by a daugher, Heather D. Pascal; a son in-law, John L. Cooper; siblings, Walter Harrison and Robert Harrison.

A celebration of life for friends and family will be held on Saturday July 19th, 2025 at 12pm at the Pottstown German Club 52 Reynolds Avenue, Pottstown, PA 19464.

There will never be another Louie! He was the best and craziest! No doubt him and his boy Cracky are up there busting each other’s balls and pitching some quoits!
