Shenandoah Richard Langevin, Sr., 56, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at the Sanatoga Center.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Michael Langevin, and Doris (Heckart) Langevin.
Shenandoah was a jack of all trades; there wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix or make. He also was an avid fisherman, and loved hiking through the great outdoors in his spare time.
Surviving are his mother, Doris (Heckart) Langevin; sons Shenandoah Richard Langevin, Jr., husband of Caroline, and Steven Robert Langevin; grandson Shenandoah Jack Langevin; sister Cathy Langevin; Stacy Lee Langevin, mother to their children.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC (711 North Franklin Street, Pottstown, PA 19464). There will be a time of sharing and remembrance at 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
