John E. Perich, 41

John E. Perich, 41, of Boyertown, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025, at his residence.

Born in Phoenixville, he was the son of Nicholas Charles and Melissa Kay (Short) Perich.

John loved the Lord and cherished his family above all else. He was a graduate of Coventry Christian Schools, class of 2003. He worked as an automotive mechanic and had a lifelong passion for cars and motorcycles. Music was always close to John’s heart, and in his younger years, BMX biking with his friends filled his days with adventure. John also had a deep affection for his dog, Colonel Sanders, who brought him companionship for many years and held a special place in his heart long after he passed. What mattered most to him, though, was his family—especially his nieces and nephew, who brought him tremendous joy, pride, and purpose. His love for them was a defining part of who he was.

Surviving along with his parents are his siblings Nicholas Perich II, husband of Malia, and Charlie Perich, husband of Dana; and his beloved nieces and nephew Alexis, Nicholas, Kelsey, and Lily Perich.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM at 242 Community Church, 275 Mill St., Boyertown, PA 19512. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:00–10:45 AM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John’s memory to The Deviator’s Inc. at https://thedeviators.org/donate/

Add My Condolences

Johnny… your family is in my thoughts and prayers. You have always been a wonderful person and a friend to me and my family. I remember going into Honda to visit my grand mom and would always come back and say hey and see how you were doing. I am so upset I missed your funeral. You were a true lifelong friend. If there is anything I can do to help your family please do not hesitate to reach out. I am just in shock literally. Way too young to lose such a great man. Till we meet again Johnny ❤️

I am so sorry to hear of John’s passing. I enjoyed working with him and his Mom while we packed meals that we took to the tent city in Pottstown before it was removed. He was such a caring person.
