Clifford Meier, age 73, passed away on November 20, 2025, in Red Hill, PA.
Clifford was born September 23, 1952 in Hyattsville, Maryland to the late Herman Wesley Meier and Shirley L. (Caton) Meier.
He was raised in the Washington D.C. area until he was 13 years of age when he moved with his family to Scullville, NJ. He graduated in 1970 from Oakcrest High School and went on to graduate with honors from Stockton State University where his remarkable intellect and unquenchable thirst for knowledge earned him a Fellowship in the Doctorate program in Ancient History at Rutgers University where he taught. His interesting work included social work in the Atlantic County Government. Later he became the managing partner and CFO of Meier Creative, an internationally known firm that designed giftware, gift wrap and textiles for decades.
Mr. Meier is survived by his brother, Wesley Meier (Linda), Niece Leigh Henry (Jon), nephews David Meier (Shelly), and Martin Meier. He is also survived by grand- nieces Belinda and Cece and grand- nephews Sam, Andrew, and Luke. Special thanks to Mr. Meier’s caregiver Michelle Dougherty for her help and loving kindness.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
