My heart goes out to Eileen’s entire family. She was such a wonderful woman and friend to myself, Mark, and our five boys! We met her when she came to take care of our son Nate when he came home from the hospital on a ventilator. She quickly became part of our family and all of my boys lovingly called her “”Nina” because they were so young that they couldn’t pronounce Eileen! She loved that-she even signed all their cards by that name! She was like a second mom to my husband and I and gave advice when we needed it. She loved my boys and they loved her back. She treated us like family. We were definitely lucky to have been gifted her as our son‘s nurse, but she was so much more than that to us! She was full of life and laughter she will be remembered by all of us with such love! Thank you, Eileen (Nina) for being our bright light when we needed one the most and for ruining my thoughts about mushrooms 😆! Love you ❤️

Eileen will forever hold a special place in my heart. I will never forget all the years we worked together at Abington Memorial Hospital. She was more than a co-worker, she was like family to me and treated me as such. She was THE best and we made many great memories together and had LOTS of laughs and tears. I love you Ei and will miss you! Sending all my love to her entire family and keeping you all in my prayers. She is finally together with Gregory 💗
