John “David” Mondik, 76, of Douglassville, husband of Deborah Suzanne (Raifsnider) Mondik, passed away Wednesday December 31, 2025 at the Reading Hospital.
Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late John and Beatrice (Clouser) Mondik.
David was an avid golfer. He was also a dedicated fan of Philadelphia sports, Penn State, and Villanova.
Surviving along with his wife is his sons Christopher Mondik husband of Kristin and Mark Mondik husband of Janet; grandchildren Stephanie, C.J., Mason, and Vivian; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Rev. Michael Mondik and Stephen Mondik.
Services will be held privately.
