Mary “Mimi” Brooks, 78, of Gilbertsville, passed away Friday March 20, 2026.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth (Hendricks) Hudson.
She worked in real estate, insurance, and retail throughout her life. She enjoyed reading, gardening, fashion, and fitness.
She loved her family and friends and enjoyed a lively social network, always bringing laughter and joy to any occasion. Her favorite times were holidays with family and weekends at the beach with her closest friends.
She is survived by her daughter Tracy Heuer, wife of Dr. Troy Heuer; son Michael Brooks, husband of Kelly; grandchildren Troy, Alexandra, Brett, Colin, Evan, and Brian; great granddaughter Madelyn; siblings Joseph, Adelaide, and William Hudson.
