Lois G. Iezzi, 96

Lois G. (Roberts) Iezzi, 96, of Pottstown, wife of the late Anthony M. Iezzi, passed away Thursday April 2, 2026 at Pottstown Nursing & Rehabilitation.

Born in Mahanoy City, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert H. and Grace (Paul) Roberts.

Lois enjoyed working her part time job at Rixie Paper Co. in the 70’s and 80’s, bowling, playing cards with friends, baking, sewing, and knitting. She loved hosting family gatherings for the holidays. After retirement, she spent the winters in Englewood, Florida with her husband Anthony. Lois was a long time member of Shenkel UCC.

Surviving are her children Russell Iezzi husband of Marian, Michael Iezzi husband of Cathy, Barbara Webster, and John Iezzi husband of Wendy; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her daughter Toni Michelle Iezzi and brother Harold Roberts.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday April 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, PA 19464. Interment will follow at St. Aloysius New Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10:00-10:45 AM at the funeral home.

I will miss her she was my great grandmother I remember when she used to to dance while singing “you are my sunshine my only sunshine you when the sky is gray you’ll never know dear how much I love you so pls don’t take my sunshine away” I will miss and love my great grandmother so much

So sorry to hear about Lois passing.. she was a great lady and I would love seeing and talking to her when she played cards with my mom at our house..prayers for the family
