Add My Condolences

John was in my class at Pius, but I did not have any classes with him. He always seemed like a nice, reserved young man. It appears he had many musical talents, unlike myself with none.
May he rest in peace.

John and I met when we were in high school where we both played in the school band. John played trombone and I played trumpet. After school we often walked down Keim St. to Bethlehem Steel and John's dad would drive us home in his Rambler auto or we took the bus home from High and Keim Sts.
We took trips to train and auto museums and enjoyed lunch afterward. In more recent years a trip to Jim Thorpe to ride the train there.
John had been a great help to me during the last 10 years at times when I was unable to drive due to having had surgery. He was a wonderful friend and will be greatly missed.
