Florence "Flo" Andes, 89, wife of the late William C. Andes, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest.
Born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late George and Ester (Heimbach) Walize.
Flo was an exceptional cook who took great pride in making sure her family was always well-fed and gathered around a good meal. She had a special love for her dogs and cats and enjoyed spending her free time birdwatching, gardening, and doing puzzles. Above all, she cherished every moment spent with her family, who were the center of her life.
She is survived by her two sons, Keith Andes and his wife, Alison, and Kevin Andes and his wife, Colette; her grandchildren, Carly and her husband, Chuck, Desiree, Shelby, Madison, Alex, Kyle Jr., and Krista; as well as several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Kyle Andes, and her brother, Henry Walize.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
