Richard Dean Bicer, 79, beloved husband of Sandra “Sandy” Bicer, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Friday, July 17, 2026, at his residence.
Born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Clifford and Elizabeth (Decker) Bicer.
Richard enjoyed the thrill of going to the casino, and horse racing. In his spare time, he liked a good crime novel to sit back and read. Richard was a huge Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan, cheering them on each game. Richard was a United States Army veteran, proudly serving his country during the war in Vietnam. But most of all, he loved and cherished the time spent with Sandy, always having fun together.
Surviving Richard is his wife, Sandra; a brother, Clifford D. Bicer, husband of Thomasina; sister-in-law Debbie; step-daughter-in-law Christine Errin; step-grandchildren Alice and Catalina Errin. In addition to his parents, Richard was predeceased by his baby sister, Sandra and his step-son, Shawn Errin.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
