Debra Elizabeth Ptaszkowski, 75

Debra Elizabeth (Weimar) Ptaszkowski, 75, of Schwenksville, beloved wife of Henry C. Ptaszkowski, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Phoenixville Hospital. Born September 9, 1950, in Roxborough. She was the daughter of the late John F. Weimar, Sr., and Lillian Jane (Poley) Weimar.

Debra worked as an OR Technician at Montgomery Hospital and Pottstown Hospital, then a Surgical Technician at the Limerick Surgery Center and the King of Prussia Surgery Center from where she retired. She approached her career with quiet dedication and genuine care for every patient and team she worked alongside.

Debra found joy in knitting, crocheting, plastic canvas, reading and puzzles. She loved lighthouses, the beach and cherished the Holidays. Time spent with her Family was among her happiest memories. Above all, her heart belonged to her Grandchildren. She treasured every moment with them and will be remembered as a warm, unwavering and deeply loving presence in their lives.

She is survived by her husband, Henry; her children Debra Knox (wife of Ryan), Megan Ptaszkowski, Alison Rudzinski (wife of Robert) and Henry J. Ptaszkowski; her grandchildren Zachariah, Emma, Kaleb, Gavin, Benjamin, Molly, Phoebe, Charles, Alexander and Lillian; her sister Barbara Tyska (wife of Daniel), her brother Scott Weimar; her nephew Christopher and niece Lauren.

She was predeceased by her parents and brother John F. Weimar, Jr.

She will fondly be remembered as a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Friend.

A private service will be held.
