David R. Thomas, 82, beloved husband of Sandra (Lacock) Thomas of 56 years, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 4, 2026, at his residence.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Edgar and Jane (Gough) Thomas.
David was a dedicated Health and Physical Education teacher at Penn Wood West Jr. High School, as well as a football coach for over 30 years. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and his spare time, enjoyed golfing. But most of all, David cherished the time spent with his family and his dogs.
Surviving in addition to his wife Sandra, is his daughter, Rebecca Sonnie, wife of Gerald, and his granddaughter Skylar Sonnie.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
